Several services build on each other. A wash, blowout and braid down, priced at $85, serves as a base for wigs, weaves or protective styles. A K-tip install, which applies keratin bond extensions one strand at a time, takes four to six hours and is listed as lasting three to five months with care. Consultations come first for extension work: a general consultation is $35, with the $7 deposit applied to a service booked within 30 days, and a tape-in consultation at $25 assesses hair texture, density and condition before a custom-ordered install. Prices for many services start at a stated amount and depend on length, density or the amount of hair used.

Policies cover cancellations and timing. Cancellations made within 24 hours of an appointment, and no-shows, are charged a 50% fee. A 10-minute grace period applies to late arrivals. Many services require a deposit, ranging from $7 for the consultation to $57 for sew-in take down and reinstall. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Custom closure and frontal units are made after an email consultation, with turnaround of up to two business weeks; frontal units ship by UPS, and closure units can be picked up or shipped.
