Zoee Beauty Bar presents itself as a salon for the whole family, with women, men, teens and children all booked into the same space. Pete owns the salon and works as a master stylist alongside Crystal, Sarah and Kelly. According to the salon, the goal is for clients to leave feeling relaxed, refreshed and happy with how they look.

Clients book online through the salon's booking button and choose a stylist before picking services and a time. New clients are offered a drink and a robe while they wait for their stylist. Haircuts include a relaxing wash and blow dry, and curling or flat ironing on a cut is an added charge. Pricing depends on stylist experience, hair length, thickness and the process involved, and many services are listed as starting prices.

Color is done in Davines, using the Davines Mask with Vibrachrom Coloring System, which the salon describes as gentle with a pleasant scent and as giving vibrant, long-lasting color with conditioning. Extensions are a major part of the menu: the salon carries several premium brands with different installation methods, including tape-ins, beaded sew-in wefts, Keratin I-Tips and Halo Couture pieces. For quicker changes it also offers halos, toppers and clip-ins, and complimentary extension consultations are available with Crystal, Sarah or Kelly.

The salon is open Monday and Thursday from 8 am to 4 pm, Tuesday and Wednesday from 8 am to 7 pm, and Saturday from 8 am to 4 pm, and is closed on Friday and Sunday. Clients receive a text reminder two days before their appointment, but replies other than confirmations are not monitored. Changes and cancellations must be made by phone, and cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours are charged the full service cost. Clients running more than 15 minutes late will be accommodated as far as possible, though appointments cannot run into the next client's time. Card payments carry a 3.5% service charge, tips are accepted in cash or check only, an on-site ATM is available, and the front desk does not give cash back on card transactions. Waxing is suggested alongside hair services in the same visit, and the Treat Card loyalty program earns points for every dollar spent, is free to join, and can be redeemed for products and services.

The salon uses Davines exclusively in the salon and recommends those products for home care. It says its stylists continue their education on current hair trends and that it chooses products it considers natural, sustainable and safe.
