To plan a design, clients send a reference photo or a detailed written description within 24 hours of booking, via Instagram DM or text. If the request differs from the original booking, the price may change. Each new Gel-X set requires the previous one to be fully removed by soaking first. Gel-X fills are not offered.
House calls are available, with a travel fee based on location. The appointment needs two clean, stable chairs and an outlet, and parking details should be included if free or street parking is not available. The house call invoice must be paid within 24 hours of receipt to confirm the mobile appointment. Additional guests who are not receiving a service are not permitted unless approved beforehand.
A non-refundable $25 retainer is due at booking and is deducted from the service total. Payments are taken through the booking site, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice with no extra fee, and reschedules need at least 48 hours' notice with a $10 fee for each approved change, up to two. The salon is open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 11 AM to 10:30 PM, Saturday from 1 PM to 10 PM, and Sunday from 4:30 PM to 10:30 PM, and is closed on Thursdays.
The salon states its aim is careful nail care delivered with professionalism, genuine care and hospitality, so that clients leave feeling confident and valued.
