Previews cover hair and makeup at the studio rather than at the venue, are recommended but not required, and are generally booked Monday through Friday depending on stylist availability. Only brides can have a hair preview; family members and bridesmaids cannot join, and guests, including children, wait in the building lobby outside the studio doors. Brides who book a year or more ahead have their preview in the wedding year, usually one to three months before the day. Trial runs are not offered to people who have not yet booked.

Booking starts with the contact form. The business then sends availability, pricing and a contract. A non-refundable $400 retainer and a signed contract reserve the wedding date, and the requested date is held for three days while the signed contract and deposit come back. Bookings can be made up to one year in advance. Services can be added or changed up to 30 days before the wedding, and once the contract is signed, services cannot be removed or added on the wedding day. Cancellation is possible up to 30 days before the wedding; fees already paid are forfeited if cancellation falls inside that window.

On-location work covers a 100-mile radius from the studio with no location fee. Beyond that, a fee based on distance applies for each stylist and assistant needed. Weddings that require a ferry ride are not covered, and some distant venues may require overnight stays. The team works at one location per wedding or event and stays until every service is finished. A minimum of five people, the bride plus four, is needed for hairstyling. Hair and makeup can be booked together with one hairstylist and one makeup artist, and an assistant is required for parties of ten or more people receiving both, subject to availability. The business does not offer specific services for grooms or groomsmen.

Styling is dry only, done with curling irons and flat irons, so hair needs to be dry at the time of service. Blowouts are not offered. For time planning, the business estimates one hour per service for the bride and about 30 minutes per additional person per service.
