The company describes itself as a nationwide leader in advanced, evidence-based wellness technology, reports more than 1,500 five-star reviews and more than 100,000 services completed, and publishes articles on recovery science, cold exposure and red light therapy.

A visit is booked online through the Book Now option on the site. Sessions are short and mostly non-invasive: cryotherapy is a fast, controlled cold exposure session, the oxygen bar is a seated session using concentrated oxygen through a nasal cannula with an optional light aroma, and dry float means floating fully clothed in a zero-gravity setting without getting wet. The infrared sauna uses infrared heat and is offered without the humidity of a traditional sauna. Cryo Soothe treats one specific area with cold and contrast using the Neveskin wand, rather than the whole body.

Menus differ from studio to studio, and the company says availability should be confirmed by contacting the location. The Brecksville studio, for example, does not list red light therapy, while the Buckhead and Hollywood studios offer dry float. Hours and phone numbers are also set per studio, so checking the location page before booking is worthwhile.

Zivel organizes its services into goal-based Pathways, structured routines that combine sessions for areas such as recovery and comfort, body composition, skin health, longevity, sleep, athletic performance, mobility and travel. The Elite membership is listed at $149 per month and includes eight recovery sessions a month plus discounts on premium services; the Fayetteville page calls it the most popular membership. The company says a membership gives the best value per visit for regular use. Memberships and packages offer savings, and personalized pricing is available by contacting the location.

Zivel lets clients pay over time through Cherry. Financing with 0% APR is available to qualified applicants, and checking eligibility doesn't involve a hard credit pull. The salon's sample figure of $35.59 a month for 24 months is only an illustration. According to Zivel, its wellness offerings fall outside medical care: they don't identify, address, heal or stop any condition.

Zivel focuses on repeated, non-invasive recovery sessions combined into goal-based Pathways. The company says regular use is what builds lasting recovery and performance gains.
