The facial menu covers advanced facials and peels, corrective facials, customized facials, dermaplaning, LED light facials, men's skincare treatments, and microdermabrasion. Corrective facials can include a Vitamin A treatment, an oxygen facial, and extractions. Customized facials open with an in-depth consultation about the client's goals and areas of concern. SkinPen is performed by Registered Nurses, and redness and mild sensitivity typically settle within 24 to 72 hours. Opus Plasma is not a laser; it uses plasma and radiofrequency energy to create controlled micro-injuries in the skin. Most clients use a topical numbing cream beforehand, and redness, rough texture, and mild peeling can last several days afterward. It can be booked as a single treatment or as a series of three or more at a discounted rate.

Non-invasive body sculpting targets areas such as the abdomen, thighs, arms, flanks, and buttocks. It can be booked as one session for a single area or as a package, and plans may include a series of treatments tailored to the client's goals. Most of these treatments involve little to no downtime, though full results may develop over several months. The Root membership includes three body contouring sessions a month and cannot be shared or transferred.

Waxing is offered for brows, lip, chin, full face and brow, chest, happy trail, underarms, bikini, legs, Brazilian, and toes, plus 3D brow wax and tint. Results from waxing typically last three to six weeks. For a Brazilian wax, hair should generally be at least one-quarter inch long. Lash and brow options include lash lifts with or without tint, lash tinting alone, eyebrow tinting, combined lash and brow tint, and brow lamination. Lash and brow tints typically last four to six weeks. After a lash or brow lift or tint, clients are advised to keep away from water, steam, excessive heat, and products with an oil base for 24 hours.

Memberships are a central part of the business. Fresh Start is a waxing membership with one eyebrow wax and one lip wax a month, plus a free birthday-month facial each year. Facial memberships also include 15% off additional services and 10% off retail and skincare products. The salon also sells retail and skincare products and offers gift cards in person or online.
