The facial menu ranges from microdermabrasion and an ultrasonic combo facial to chemical peels, microneedling and hydro-facial options. Products used include Zhéné Beauté natural and organic skincare, the RIMAN Korean line featuring Jeju Lava Energy Water, and LifeWave wellness products. The Japanese head spa is a 60-minute scalp ritual that includes a scalp cleanse, warm oil scalp massage, aromatherapy steam, a water-pressure rinse, and a neck and shoulder massage.
Couples can book a private room where two therapists work on each guest at the same time on side-by-side tables. Memberships and 5- and 10-visit wellness passes are available, and the Wellness Lounge serves coffee, teas, smoothies and protein shakes to spa guests and the community. Gift cards can be bought in person or as digital eGift cards online.
The spa treats wellness as more than appearance, aiming for guests to leave feeling refreshed and well cared for. Foot services and massages can be adjusted to a preferred pressure and to specific needs.
