Its eyebrow menu runs from a quick cooling-cream wax to combined wax and tint appointments, and the studio also offers brow lamination, a perm-style treatment that sets the brow into an even shape and holds for about eight weeks.

Booking is done through the studio's own system and requires a credit card on file for every appointment. Clients have a 10-minute grace period; arriving later cancels the appointment and forfeits the deposit. Rescheduling or cancelling needs 24 hours' notice, and a deposit for a late cancellation can be applied to a new appointment within five days of the original. A no-call/no-show is charged half of the remaining balance, and two no-call/no-shows lead to a ban from future bookings.

Last-minute squeeze-in appointments, when open, carry an extra $15 fee, and house calls carry an additional fee starting at $25 depending on distance. The studio is open Monday and Tuesday from 10 AM to 7 PM, Wednesday through Friday from 7 AM to 9 PM, and Saturday from 7 AM to 7 PM, and is closed on Sundays. Clients under 16 must come with a parent or guardian, both must sign a liability waiver, and children may not stay in the room during services.

The studio offers a 5-day hair-free guarantee: if a client is not satisfied with the result, they may return within five days of the appointment for a clean-up, unless otherwise agreed with the esthetician.

The studio aims to make every visit comfortable, safe and respectful, and it welcomes clients of any gender, race, body shape and hair type.
