Zerenity Day Spa describes itself as a massage spa with in-home services and sauna. Its studio is at 1502 Memorial Blvd, Suite B, in Springfield, Tennessee, and it also sends services to homes, with house calls outside Springfield starting at $251 for 60 minutes or more.
The menu covers chair, relaxation, deep tissue, scalp and neck, hot stone, prenatal and sports massage, along with standard reflexology and foot reflexology with aromatherapy, foot scrubs and full body scrubs using sugar, coffee or salt with a mini massage afterward. Lymphatic drainage sessions run 60 minutes or more, starting at $151. Chiropractic work includes 30-minute adjustments for $50 and 10-minute dry needling for $50, where thin needles are placed near trigger points to ease muscle pain and support range of motion.
Infrared dome sauna sessions start at $31 for 30 minutes or more. Guests lie on a massage table, and a face treatment is available if wanted.
Regular clients can join the ZDS Monthly Membership for $100 a month, which the spa says saves $30. Members get priority scheduling for a one-hour relaxation massage each month, and can request add-on services, free gifts or a preview of new services. If a member cannot use the monthly session, they may pass it to one friend. A lymphatic drainage package of five sessions plus a free sixth costs $1,000, which the spa says saves $305.
Deposits apply to some services: $100 for scalp and neck massage and full body scrubs, $130 for sports and prenatal massage, $100 for reflexology, $85 for foot reflexology with aromatherapy and $65 for foot scrubs. Appointments can be rescheduled under the cancellation policy. The space can also be rented for events and parties. Hours are Monday 10 AM to 6 PM, Tuesday 10 AM to 4 PM, Wednesday through Friday 10 AM to 6 PM, and Saturday 1:30 PM to 6:30 PM, with Sundays closed.
