The menu is organized around four areas. Zen Room options pair zero gravity recline with foot soaks, reflexology and hot towels. Facials are offered for men, women and teens, and estheticians tailor each one to the client's skin needs, from a HydraFacial and its Signature, Deluxe and Platinum versions to clear-skin, oxygen, chemical peel and microdermabrasion treatments. Massage ranges from a full-body signature treatment and deep tissue or sports work to focused, stretching-based sessions and prenatal and postnatal massage. Couples treatments are performed side by side in a couples room and are open to partners, friends, family or anyone wanting to share a spa visit.
Guests can book a solo visit, a couples session or a group outing. The spa recommends booking ahead so you can choose the treatment, length, time and therapist. Massage pressure can be adjusted during the session to suit your comfort and goals. The spa also sells products, offers gift certificates and memberships, and takes hotel and spa package bookings by phone.

The spa says it uses natural products and specialized therapists, with the aim of helping guests relax and recharge.
