The clinic was founded by Nelson López, a Physician Associate who also serves as its medical provider. It is located at Nelson Way in Katy and describes its care as grounded in medicine.

Every visit starts with an initial consultation of about 45 minutes, which looks at the concerns to be addressed and reviews the services and current techniques available. The $50 fee is credited toward any services booked afterward. Follow-up consultations are free, last 30 minutes and include a full evaluation and a treatment plan; other procedures are booked separately.

Treatments fall into three areas. Facial regeneration covers TriLift, Sculptra biostimulation, thread lifts, microneedling and facial care such as dermaplaning and facials, the last two quoted individually. TriLift pairs RF microneedling with dynamic muscle stimulation and is usually given as five sessions about a week apart. Regenerative treatments are made from the client's own blood and include PRP and PRFM therapies, such as PRP face microneedling, PRP scalp injection for thinning hair, and EZ Gel filler made from PRFM. Lifestyle services include clinically supervised medical weight management and ongoing healthy-habits coaching.

Listed prices are starting points and can vary with the area treated, the number of sessions and individual assessment. Medical treatments depend on evaluation, eligibility and informed consent. The clinic does not work with insurance, so patients pay directly, but it offers plans and packages, several payment methods and interest-free financing through CareCredit. Care is available in English and Spanish. The clinic is open by appointment Monday through Saturday from 9am to 7pm and is closed on Sundays.

Each client receives a personalized evaluation, then a custom protocol with the scope, number of sessions and price confirmed before treatment begins, followed by aftercare guidance where it is included.
