Weight management medication is prescribed at the clinician's discretion, and the medication itself is charged separately from the setup and membership fees. Clients can pay per weekly in-office injection at $160 per visit, or choose a three-month package of 12 weekly injections for $1,200. For body contouring, cavitation and radiofrequency plans target localized areas such as the abdomen, flanks, arms, back and thighs, priced by area and by one, three or six visits. Multi-visit plans take 15% off for three visits and 20% off for six. The practice states that cavitation and radiofrequency are not a weight-loss treatment and do not guarantee fat loss or inches lost.
