The menu is built around protective braided and twisted styles in a range of sizes. Knotless braids come from extra small to large, Senegalese twists from extra small to jumbo, island twists from small to jumbo, and Bohemian braids from small medium to jumbo. Before a visit, clients are asked to arrive with clean, dry hair that is fully detangled, unless the service includes washing. Detangling or other hair preparation can carry an extra fee. Bohemian braids and similar styles are sealed and smoothed with hot water, and clients are asked to sit still during that step. Children need to stay calm and seated, and the salon may decline a service if a child cannot sit still. Tools, chairs and stations are sanitized between clients, and guests are not allowed to accompany clients unless approved in advance.

Clients can reschedule or cancel at no charge if they do so at least 24 hours before the appointment. Changes made later may require a new deposit. Clients who cancel at the last minute or do not show up may face a cancellation fee or lose their deposit. Payment in full is taken once the service is finished. Any complaint about a hair service must be raised within 72 hours of the visit. Retouch requests carry an extra fee that depends on the style and how much work is needed. The salon does not offer refunds and is not responsible for lost or misplaced items.
