Booking terms are set out clearly. Cancelling or rescheduling within 24 hours of a service carries a 50% fee, and cancelling hours ahead or not showing up carries the full 100% fee. Arriving 10 to 15 minutes late is treated as a cancellation. Guests and children are not allowed during services. Each service is timed exactly, so changes made during an appointment alter its length and cost. In-person bookings from $50 to $4,000 can be paid through Buy Now, Pay Later, with approval needed before the appointment.
The structured gel manicure ($90 and up, about two hours) includes high-end cuticle removal, layers of multi-flex gel, shaping, buffing and one gel color. The salon says these nails last between four and six weeks. The hybrid dipped powder manicure ($60) uses dipped powder with gel products. Gel extensions, known as GelX ($90), lengthen and shape the nails with one color application. A double base coat ($10) can be added to strengthen the nail bed and extend gel wear.
Pedicures ($40) include a foot soak, removal of dead skin, cuticle care, buffing, shaping, callus treatment and one regular polish, and the gel pedicure ($70) offers the same care with a gel polish. Specialized tools and products address thick, dry or cracked calluses and nails in corn removal ($5). Callus removal ($15) uses an e-file. The B/S brace ($25) is offered as a non-surgical option for excessive curvature, involuted or ingrown toenails.
