A visit can start with a free 15-minute Zen-Facial consultation that includes a personalized skin analysis, lifestyle-based recommendations and a custom facial plan. Facials range from the Express Facial, Hydration Facial and Very Berry Facial to signature treatments such as Radiance 4C, Signature Lux Custom, Luxe Lift and SWiCH Dermal Revitalization. According to the business, SWiCH is an alternative to traditional peels that causes no redness, flaking or inflammation, and it suggests a series of at least six treatments about four weeks apart to see results.

Waxing and lash and brow services sit alongside the facials. Brow and lash tints, lamination, the Korean lash lift and full-set lash extensions are listed individually, with combined brow packages of tint and wax, lamination and wax, or all three. Ultrasonic, microcurrent, high frequency and galvanic therapies can be added to treatments, and galvanic therapy is available on request with the Extraction Facial. The studio is open Wednesday to Friday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., and is closed Sunday through Tuesday.
