The studio is described as calm and relaxing. Waxing is done with a gentle hard wax that adheres only to hair, so no cloth or paper strips are used on the skin. Before a waxing appointment, hair should be about a quarter inch long, which is usually around two weeks of growth since the last shave. Clients who are on their menstrual cycle are asked to wear a tampon or menstrual cup during service.

Facial work includes the 60-Minute Autumn Glow Facial and the longer Zen Skin Spa Facial, which is tailored to each client's skin and can include a dermaplane add-on with an enzyme treatment. Skin treatments are customized to skin type and are offered for concerns such as anti-aging, acne scarring and fine lines. Named treatments include the Illuminating Treatment, the Peach Treatment and the V Treatment, and ingrown hair treatments are available for the body and bikini area.

Online booking is available through the website and a Square booking page. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to the current cancellation policy. Clients under 18 need parental consent for bikini services, and the FAQ lists Accutane and retinol as contraindications to waxing, asking clients to check other prescriptions with their physician.
