The massage menu is broad. It includes Swedish massage and a Zen Swedish+ version that uses medium pressure on two or three areas chosen with the therapist and always ends with warm towels. Deep tissue, neuromuscular and trigger point therapy for pain from specific trauma, repetitive movement or posture are also offered, along with prenatal massage (not given in the first trimester, with postpartum massage also available), sports massage before or after events, and couples massage where two therapists work at the same time in one room. Couples bookings are made by calling the center, and some centers add a fee or require a deposit. At Olathe, a 1-hour Swedish massage is listed at $72.

Facials are built around Shir-Organic products from Shira Aesthetics. Options range from an express facial to signature, anti-aging and deep-pore cleansing (acne) facials, and microdermabrasion can be added to most of them. Custom facials are also available, along with glycolic and power peels, and at some centers dermaplaning, LED light therapy and high frequency add-ons. Facials are not offered at the Olathe or Spring Valley centers.

Waxing covers the face, arms, underarms, legs, back, chest, stomach and bikini and intimate areas, and is priced by area. Reiki is available as its own session or as a $25 add-on to any massage. Many other upgrades, such as hot stones, cupping, reflexology and craniosacral work, can be added to a booked massage. Pricing for these differs by center.

Appointment times include 10 minutes for consultation and dressing. The business says CIO Global Magazine rated it a Top Ten business, according to a January 2024 news post.
