The company says its mission is to provide high-quality therapies and a relaxing escape at everyday low prices, and to treat clients, staff and center operations with care and respect.

Each appointment time includes 10 minutes for consultation and dressing. The business does not require contracts or membership fees. Couples massage is booked by calling the center, and some centers add a condition: Cornelius asks for a deposit and Mooresville adds a per-couple fee on top of each massage.

The massage menu covers Swedish massage, which is the classic relaxation option, and Zen Swedish+, which uses medium pressure on two or three areas chosen with the therapist and always finishes with warm towels. Other offerings include deep tissue, neuromuscular and trigger point work, hot stone with heated Himalayan salt stones, prenatal massage (not performed during the first trimester, with postpartum massage also offered), sports massage before or after events, craniosacral therapy, reflexology, cupping, Reiki, and lymphatic drainage. Some centers add specialties such as Shiatsu Stretch, which is done clothes-on, at Lee's Summit; Table Top Thai, Myofascial Release and Enhanced Deep Tissue at Henderson; and headache and TMJ treatments at Mooresville. Massage and skin care offerings may vary by center.

The skin care menu is built around Zen Shir-Organic facials, which use plant-based ingredients, fruit enzymes and peel-off masks. Options range from 30-minute express and cleansing facials to 1-hour signature, anti-aging and acne-focused deep-pore facials, plus custom facials that feature Shira Aesthetics products. A back facial with steam and exfoliation, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, LED light therapy and waxing are also offered at selected centers. Most one-hour facials include a light massage of the face, neck and decollete. Facials and skin care are not offered at the Olathe, KS or Spring Valley, NV centers.

Prices are listed per center and vary. For example, a 1-hour Swedish massage is $72 at Olathe, Overland Park and Lee's Summit, and $69.95 at Henderson. Some services carry center-specific rules: lymphatic drainage at Mooresville requires a doctor's note, and dermaplaning add-ons at Cornelius are added to a facial by phone with a separate intake form. Waxing prices at Cornelius are given by phone on request.

Sessions are shaped around the areas a client identifies, with pressure and problem spots agreed with the therapist during the visit.
