Services fall into tox, fillers and collagen stimulators, laser and body treatments, facials and peels, and specials that bundle several treatments. Fillers use the RHA Collection for lips and face. Laser hair removal uses a Candela GentleMax Pro, which the business says is suitable for all skin tones. Peels are GlyMed Plus professional formulas, and the aesthetician chooses the peel at the visit.

Drop-ins are accepted, but walk-in hours shift from week to week. A consultation booked ahead carries a $50 deposit that goes toward the treatment, while a walk-in consultation costs nothing but may mean waiting. Numbing comes with filler appointments. Team members communicate in English and Spanish. The salon is open weekdays from 9:00 until 6:00, on Saturdays from 10:00 until 3:00, and is shut on Sundays. Deposits hold appointments: $50 for most services, $25 for peels, and $200 for Sculptra. Deposits are non-refundable and applied to the service. Cancellations need 72 hours' notice to move a deposit, and a no-show is charged 50% of the service to the card on file. The spot is held for 15 minutes after the start time. Packages are non-refundable, though unused sessions can be transferred to another service or person for their remaining value, and all sales are final. Laser package sessions expire 12 months after purchase. Payment accepts cash, major cards, Zelle, Cash App, Cherry, CareCredit, Afterpay, Affirm and Klarna; card payments add 8.25%. Zip and Sezzle can be used through their apps. Prices shown are cash prices.

Injectables are for ages 16 and 17 only with a parent in the room, and laser requires a parent for first-time clients aged 16 and 17. Facials have no minimum age. During pregnancy, injectables, laser and body treatments are not offered; facials, dermaplaning and microdermabrasion are allowed, and peels, microneedling and MesoTox wait until after delivery. While nursing, laser, facials and peels are allowed, but injectables and MesoTox are not. Children are asked to wait in the lobby with an adult when possible.

Treatments are tailored to the client, from facial balancing designed at the consultation to laser settings matched to each client's skin and hair. The team aims to give every visit a good experience and a personal connection.
