Memberships are paid in monthly installments and cover repeat waxing and brow services. Members book as usual through the Services page, and membership benefits are applied at checkout in store. Gift cards come in set amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.

Zen Beauty Mobile is the studio's wax van, which the business says is the first mobile wax van in New Jersey. Ashley Munoz owns it.
