Online booking asks for a credit card to reserve a time, and a non-refundable charge holds the appointment. Online booking also lists a $25 no-show fee or deposit per appointment. The spa offers financing and payment plans, and sells gift cards that can be used for massages, facials, Brazilian waxes and other services. Hours are Monday 9am to 5pm, Tuesday to Friday 9am to 7pm, Saturday 9am to 5pm, and closed Sunday.

Body scrubs and wraps can be booked alone as 60-minute services, or with a full 60-minute massage added as a 90-minute service. The seaweed and red wine wraps include scalp, hand and arm massage along with an infrared sauna wrap. Infrared sauna sessions of 25, 30 and 45 minutes are offered, with the 25-minute session available to members only.

For skin, the spa offers custom facials and specialty treatments including dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, LED red light therapy and PCA skin chemical peels, using PCA Skin, which the site describes as medical grade. Skin rejuvenation includes radio frequency skin tightening, described as nonsurgical with no downtime, and microneedling with a hyaluronic acid serum or a PepFactor infusion, each including digital skin analysis and a facial. The spa describes its skin rejuvenation treatments as its best offering.

Cryo Slimming uses cryolipolysis, a non-invasive cold treatment aimed at localized fat that does not respond to diet and exercise, and the spa notes that multiple sessions may be needed depending on the area.
