Founder Heidi runs the studio as a brow and lash practice. The studio says it uses premium products.

Brow services include sculpting with wax or threading, a semi-permanent hybrid brow stain that adds color to brow hairs and lightly stains the skin, and brow lamination. Lash services include a lash tint and a Korean lash lift, a semi-permanent treatment that lifts natural lashes from the root and needs no extensions.

Signature packages pair these services together, from a brow lamination, sculpting and stain combination to full sets that add a Korean lash lift and tint. Appointments run from 30 minutes for a lash tint to about 2 hours 30 minutes for the largest package, and a lip wax can be added on.

To prepare, clients arrive with clean brows and lashes, without mascara, brow makeup or heavy eye makeup, and avoid oils, balms and heavy skincare around the eyes for 24 hours beforehand. Contact lenses should be removed before a lash service. Strong fragrances are best skipped, since many clients are sensitive to them. Clients running late should text the studio as soon as possible.

The studio builds its brow and lash work around each client's features, style and routine, aiming for a natural look.
