Color work is built in tiers. A gloss can warm blonde, cool brassy tones, refresh natural coppers, reds and brunettes, or add shine without lightening. A root touch-up suits clients roughly six to eight weeks after their last appointment and covers gray with demi or permanent color, though it isn't the right choice for going lighter. Custom colors range from a mini version with up to fifteen foils around the hairline to full custom color that includes the crown and back of the head. Each of these ends with a blow dry or diffuse, and the haircut is booked separately.

Color correction and large changes are handled under a separate Transformational Custom Color service, priced hourly with a long appointment. New clients need a consultation before booking it, and the service includes cutting, drying, treatments and styling. Longer corrections include a 30-minute break after six hours. An all-over solid color service is also offered for darkening or slightly lightening natural or virgin hair, but it isn't meant for blonde or for lightening previously darker hair.

Extensions include weft installation and maintenance and keratin K Tip installation, including an invisible K Tip option where the bonds are spaced to blend into the hair. Installation and K Tip pricing includes the hair, and a consultation is required before scheduling any K Tip service. Starting prices assume a solid color; custom colors to match highlights, balayage or dimensional color are priced at consultation.

Haircuts are split by client status: a separate price for returning clients, an extra-time option, and a longer first-visit appointment for new clients. Styling options include a blowout or diffuse, and a blowout with a flat or curling iron that includes a trim.
