A visit includes a warm botanical cleanse and a warm-towel ritual, followed by a scalp, neck and shoulder massage given in a private room. Products are botanical, natural and non-toxic, and described as color-safe and gentle enough for color-treated or bleached hair. A formula is selected at check-in based on the client's scalp and hair condition.

The menu is grouped into head spa rituals, combo packages and facials. Ultimate Bliss, a 90-minute ritual at $195, is the signature service, and Zelene Refresh, a 40-minute option at $105, is offered as a first visit. Combo packages run from 100 to 150 minutes, and the facials are tailored to individual needs and aim to deeply cleanse, hydrate and revitalize the skin.

Memberships carry a six-month minimum commitment. Appointments can be changed free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice, and bookings of $300 or more require a 50% deposit. Head spa services are offered to children ages 4 and up, with a parent present and advance notice to the spa so the session can be adjusted.

Hours are Monday to Saturday 9 AM to 7 PM and Sunday 10 AM to 6 PM at most locations, with Uptown Dallas open until 8 PM on weekdays. Care is offered in English and Vietnamese, and same-day appointments are often available, with open times shown when booking online.
