Color is a central part of the menu. Effortless Color covers soft balayage and foilayage for dimensional results. Classic Color handles root touch-ups, all-over color, gloss refreshes and full color transformations. Color Essentials is aimed at maintenance color and finishes with a signature blowout, and Dimensional Brunettes starts at $280 with appointments listed at four hours. Blonding includes a gloss, a customized treatment and a signature blowout with every service.

Extensions are built to order. Extension Services cover added length, added volume, or both, using custom extensions, and existing extension clients can book maintenance and removal. Extension hair is purchased separately after the consultation. If the extension installation is booked within 30 days of the consultation, the consultation fee is applied toward it.

Haircutting is split into Essential Haircut for trims and upkeep and Restyle Haircut for larger changes in length or shape. Treatments come in three forms: Hydration for dry or dull hair, Repair for damaged or chemically treated hair, and Detox to clear buildup. Treatments can be booked alone with a signature blowout or added to any color service. Smoothing Treatment is meant to reduce frizz and improve manageability, and a consultation may be recommended for first-time guests.

New clients begin with a $20 consultation that takes 30 minutes. Prices differ from person to person: the booking page shows a starting rate, and the salon gives a final estimate during the consultation. Returning guests can book online directly, except when they request a service they haven't had before, such as extensions for the first time. Cancelling 48 hours or more ahead has no charge, while cancelling within 24 hours is billed at 50% of the service. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are billed the full price. Arriving more than 15 minutes late is treated as a no-show unless it was arranged in advance. Children under 12 may enter the studio only when they have an appointment of their own.
