Payment is taken in person at the Decatur location in cash or by Zelle, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval needed before the appointment.

Policies are firm and set out in advance. Arriving more than 15 minutes late adds a $15 charge, and arriving 20 minutes or more late cancels the appointment. No-shows and cancellations within 24 hours are charged the full service price. Refunds are not given, and gift cards in amounts of $50, $75, $100 or $200, or a custom amount, are final once sold.

Za also teaches in-person classes, including a one-on-one stitch braid class and a butterfly long class held on Mondays only, for clients who want to learn the technique.
