Nail services are the core of the menu. Full sets are offered in gel polish or with accent nails, and the accent options run in five tiers, from one accent nail per hand up to five. Back To School packages pair a short or medium full set with gel toes, or offer a long full set. Two fullset subscription packages, the Essentials Babe Package and the Polished Queen Subscription, are listed at $130 and $160.
Manicure and pedicure options include gel manicures, a children's gel manicure, structured manicures, and manicure and pedicure pairings in both standard and structured versions. Dry and wet pedicures are both listed. Press-on services cover application, press-on repair, children's press-ons, a Mommy and Me press-on option, and adult press-on bundles sorted by length. Repairs include length or shape changes, per-nail repair and soak-off.
Hair and brow services are smaller parts of the menu. A quick weave is listed at $85 and takes about four hours. Eyebrow services include shaping, with add-ons for the upper lip and chin, and tinting, and most run about thirty minutes.
Booking is handled through ChairWatch, and questions can be sent through ChairWatch Messenger or Instagram. Clients should book under their legal first and last name and submit inspiration photos before the appointment. Changes to length, shape, design or services during a visit may change the price and add time. Soak-off is required before a service over another technician's work unless the client arrives with bare nails, and it carries an extra fee. Accepted payment is cash, Cash App and ChairWatch, with processing fees possible. The slot is held for fifteen minutes past the start time, and appointment fees are non-refundable. Two no-shows lead to a permanent booking ban. Extra guests are not allowed on the premises unless approved in advance, and the studio is not currently taking male clients. Gift cards are available in set amounts or in any amount from $1 to $100,000.
Each service is performed with close attention to detail, using quality products in a clean and comfortable setting.
The studio runs cool, so clients are advised to bring a sweater or blanket.
