Clients can book online, by phone, or by text message. The studio asks guests to arrive at least 10 minutes early to relax and complete any forms, and to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours ahead. Late arrivals may have their service shortened so other clients are not delayed. Before a facial, clients are asked to tell staff which products they use at home, since some may not be suitable during treatment. Waxing needs hair at least the length of a grain of rice, and facial and waxing clients receive aftercare instructions, such as avoiding sun, sweating, and makeup for a period of time. Gift cards are available.
