Young clients are made comfortable with a playroom, child-friendly chairs (including car chairs), TVs and snacks. Walk-ins are accepted, though wait times vary, and appointments are booked in 20-minute slots. Specific chairs cannot be reserved, so clients take whichever seats are available. Children with long, curly, textured or matted hair should be detangled and in a safe style before the visit. Clients are asked to bring an idea or photo of the cut they want, and stylists consult on whether it suits the hair.
Hair color starts at $75 and includes a consultation, a standard single-process application and aftercare instructions. The final price depends on hair length and thickness, process complexity, product needs and extras such as toning or glossing; it is estimated at consultation and confirmed after the service.
The salon's birthday party packages come in Spa and Princess themes, each with two hours of party space, a party host and tableware. Other party themes listed include slime making, STEM, Swiftie and Karaoke/Dance. Princess for the Day sessions are private one-on-one appointments.
