Every service starts with a consultation, and new guests can take a short stylist-matching quiz to find a good fit. The salon works with people of all genders and all hair types, and prices are set by service and stylist level rather than by gender. Rates are flat and vary with the level of stylist chosen, and each stylist's pricing is listed on the staff page, with prices rising with experience. Color is charged by the exact amount weighed for the service using Salon Scale, and a hair color guarantee is offered. Hours are Monday through Thursday 9 AM to 8 PM, Friday and Saturday 9 AM to 7 PM, and the salon is closed Sunday. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice; later cancellations or no-shows are charged 50% of the reservation to the card on file.

Haircut options run from a quick bangs, face framing or neck clean-up to a standard haircut and style that suits fine to medium hair for keeping a current look, and an extended cut and style for thick or long hair or a big change. Extra time can be added on request. Color ranges from a demi-permanent gloss only to root re-touches covering up to an inch of outgrowth, basic color with partial balayage or highlights, full dimensional color with highlights, lowlights, balayage or ombre, and custom color with one-on-one time with a color specialist. Custom color covers fashion shades, bleach and tones, and color corrections, and is open to anyone. Treatments can be booked alone or added to a cut or color, including a deep conditioning masque, several restorative options, a glossing treatment, and a strength and shine bundle. The Scalp Solutions professional treatment, which uses professional-only products, can be added to a haircut or style but not on the same day as a color service. Brow services include shaping, tinting and a vitamin C dermaplaning treatment, with lip, chin and nose waxing available as an add-on.

Extensions use Bellami hair, which the salon describes as 100% Remy human hair in 44 shades, and must be purchased through the salon. A complimentary extension consultation helps guests choose a method. Volume weft suits coarse, curly or thicker hair and needs no tape, glue or heat, while I-tip extensions are installed strand by strand without heat or glue. Keratin tip extensions are partly made of keratin, a protein found naturally in hair, and tend to have the longest maintenance cycle, with some guests going around six months before removal. Weft and I-tip extensions, and tape-in extensions, can receive two move-ups every four to six weeks before new hair is needed. Monthly memberships come in three levels: Basic at $89 with $10 toward new hair twice a year, one express wash and 10% off blowouts or haircuts; VIP at $149 with $80 toward new hair twice a year, up to two express washes and one move-up; and Elite at $249 with $100 toward new hair twice a year, up to four express washes and one move-up.

Bridal services include on-location packages for weddings and special occasions. The Silver On Location package is $915 plus a 20% gratuity and includes an in-salon trial and mileage. The Gold On Location package is $1,114 plus a 20% gratuity and adds temporary lash extensions for everyone in the wedding party. Onsite packages cover seven hours on location including travel, with an estimate of five to seven styles including the bride. Travel is charged at $0.55 per mile from the salon, sits outside package prices, and carries a minimum 20% gratuity. A 50% deposit is due at contract signing to reserve the wedding day. A two-hour in-salon trial is required, is not part of the packages, and is charged on the day of the trial. A free Zoom consultation with the bridal coordinator comes before booking. Contracted Silver and Gold clients receive 5% off in-salon services leading up to the wedding, and Platinum clients receive 15% off. According to the salon, its bridal artists are certified by Vivienne Mackinder, a bridal styling expert, and all bridal team members are licensed in-salon stylists. A bridal touch-up kit with tinted moisturizer, lipstick or gloss and travel-size air control is available, along with Bellami extensions and a selection of clips and jewelry for bridal styles.
