The studio is run by Bree, who teaches the craft to people who want to build a career in beauty. Apprentice Level 1 lash, brow and tooth gem services are listed at no charge, and paid apprenticeships are offered. Certification courses in Classic, Hybrid and Volume lash methods cost $1,300 and include three days of hands-on training, a 35-page mapping booklet, a deluxe kit, shadow sessions and lifetime mentorship. Certification requires a $200 deposit, and licensed graduates can access discounted booth rent after certifying.

Booking terms are set out clearly. Cancellations within 48 hours are charged 50 percent of the service, and same-day cancellations and no-call no-shows are charged in full. Same-day or 48-hour reschedules carry a $45 fee, and after two reschedules a client may be charged between 50 and 100 percent of the service price. Clients with an emergency are asked to message the salon to arrange an alternative. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Bottom lash service involves eyes sitting partly open during the treatment and carries a high chance of chemical burns, so booking that service includes a release of the technician from liability.

Pairs a full range of lash, brow, facial and waxing services with education, offering paid apprenticeships and certification courses taught by a licensed instructor.
