Services are booked by appointment only, by phone, text or email. A complimentary skin care consultation is included. Clients are asked to give 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Gift certificates can be bought in person, by phone or by email, and can be mailed to an address the client chooses. For far-infrared body wraps, clients are asked to wear sweatpants or long yoga pants, a long-sleeved T-shirt and socks.

The business views beautiful skin as following from healthy skin, and encourages clients to think of skin care as a long-term investment in their health. The aim is a warm, welcoming atmosphere, along with teaching clients how to care for their skin and recreate results at home.

Treatments are built around each client's skin and a consultation, with clients taught techniques they can continue at home.
