About

YVM Wellness & Spa is a wellness and body sculpting spa in North Richland Hills, Texas. The business says it has more than 15 years of experience and describes its focus as personalized, non-invasive wellness and body contouring.

Visits start with a free 30-minute Body Transformation Starter Consult for anyone interested in the body transformation pathway, and that pathway is explained through a licensed partner. A free 60-minute VIP Consult and Body Assessment includes a visual assessment of the areas a client wants to work on and a suggested next-step plan. Consultations also include a question-and-answer session with a Natural Health Doctor. Care is one-on-one and customized to each client's skin type and needs, and each sculpting visit can include wellness guidance, nutrition tools, supplement recommendations and after-session tips.

The menu is built around body sculpting sessions, including a 3-in-1 body sculpting option, a skin tightening and cellulite reduction session for the face and body, and sessions that add a glute lift or a free fat reduction finish. Wood therapy options, full body wraps, facials and brow services can be booked alone or combined. Weight loss support is offered by membership only, and the body transformation and weight loss programs run for 4, 8, 12 or 16 weeks at two sessions per week. Glute training is available as private 75-minute sessions with one-on-one strength work and machine-based glute plumping, or as an 8-week program of 16 sessions.

Meal plans with recipes and grocery lists are included with services, with regular, vegan and pescatarian versions of a two-week high-protein plan. Bookings are made through Vagaro. Payment plans are available through Affirm. Cancellations or changes need at least 48 hours' notice to avoid a charge, and appointments cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled time carry a $35 fee. All sales are final and non-refundable, including services, products, gift cards, memberships and packages. The business says it offers discounts of up to 60% off regular prices, and it runs an Ambassadors Program that gives a free session for each referral who completes a paid service.

Personalized, non-invasive wellness and body contouring, with each visit tailored to the client's skin type, goals and needs, and supported by nutrition tools and after-session guidance.
