The head spa sessions are the core of the menu. Hour of Harmony is a 60-minute visit at $177 with aromatherapy, a heated eye mask, scalp exfoliation, a double shampoo, a steam-infused hair mask, Water Halo Therapy and an upper-body hand massage. Serenity Ritual is a 90-minute visit at $277 that adds a professional scalp analysis, a facial with Gua Sha massage and a Dyson hair dry.

Treatment rooms include a full-body massage bed, and treatments use aromatherapy, heated eye masks, warm towels and Red Light Therapy. HydraFacial comes in three levels: Refresh at $217 covers scalp massage, a double cleanse, deep cleansing and exfoliation, painless extractions, hydration and finishing skincare with SPF. Harmony at $277 adds a personalized super serum and LED light therapy, and Serenity at $327 adds lymphatic drainage and LED light therapy with the same personalized serum. The business describes HydraFacial as having no downtime. Lip, eye, neck and decollete perks are available as add-ons.

HydraScalp is the scalp-focused line. Combined packages pair a head spa with a HydraFacial or HydraScalp treatment at a lower price than booking separately.

Booking is by appointment only. A deposit is required for every appointment, including those paid with gift certificates, and it is non-refundable but applied to the service at checkout. Cancellations need at least 48 hours notice; later cancellations and no-shows are charged 50% of the service fee. Credit card payments carry a 3.6% fee, and Venmo, Zelle and cash avoid it. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval before the appointment. Duo and trio bookings are arranged by contacting the business directly. Services are not offered to clients with visible scalp or hair conditions or certain medical disorders, or to clients with hair extensions, including braids, micro-links or sew-ins.
