Treatments are personalized and combine Eastern medicine with Western practices. A plan may draw on acupuncture, cupping, herbal medicine, breathwork, movement and food therapy. Most acupuncture and cosmetic treatments include nutrition and herbal recommendations, and herbal consultations are included with all in-person treatments.
Visits are by appointment only, and the studio accepts cash, check and Venmo. A first acupuncture visit begins with a consultation of about 20 to 30 minutes covering general health questions and a brief physical exam. Needles are sterile and single-use, and they are typically left in for about 20 to 35 minutes. Session lengths are approximate because they depend on how each treatment is customized. Clients are asked to arrive about 10 minutes early and to eat a snack or light meal one to two hours beforehand. Cancellations need at least 24 hours notice or the full booked amount is charged, and late arrivals are charged the full session. Tipping is optional, with 15 to 25 percent noted as customary.
Facial work includes acupuncture facials, gua sha and cupping facials, micro-needling, nano-needling, collagen induction and Celluma LED light therapy. Facial products are described as organic and non-toxic, with alternatives for clients with allergies. Group sessions and corporate wellness acupuncture are offered for retreats, workshops, classes and employee events, with rates available on request.
Pain recovery and nervous system work uses mind-body tools, movement, breathwork and lifestyle changes. Free starting points include a 15-minute pain relief practice, a chronic pain assessment and a discovery call.
Each client gets a plan built around them, drawing on both Eastern and Western traditions. Treatment methods include needle acupuncture, cupping, Chinese herbs, breath-focused work, guided movement, and dietary guidance.
