Locs and twist work make up much of the menu. Options include locs detox, retwists on three schedules (four to five weeks, six to eight weeks, and nine to twelve weeks), micro retwists, starter locs, rodsets, freeform to starter, and two strand twists sized from shoulder length to waist length. Several loc and twist services can be paired with a treatment.

Color services include refreshes and rinses, root retouches, full color, and color with a treatment on looped styles. A consultation is offered for $25, and a basic style of 15 minutes or less is listed at $20. Some prices are starting prices, so the final cost depends on the service.

Booking terms: a cancellation or no-show made less than 24 hours ahead is charged the full service price. New clients pay a $30 deposit for several twist, coil, rodset and color services, and a $50 deposit for starter locs and freeform to starter. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.

Hours are Wednesday 11 AM to 7 PM, Thursday 11 AM to 6 PM, Friday 10 AM to 6 PM and Saturday 10 AM to 4 PM. The studio is closed Sunday, Monday and Tuesday.
