Waxing covers the face, arms, legs, back, chest, bikini and Brazilian, and there is a children's menu for manicures, pedicures, gel polish and basic nail art.

Pedicures are the most detailed part of the menu. Every pedicure includes a foot bath, nail trimming and shaping, cuticle clean-up and regular polish, and the treatments draw on Himalayan sea salt, rose petals, sugar scrub, collagen socks, a hot stone massage and a massage candle. The Honey Signature Pedicure is the most elaborate option, using a special honey sea salt, bath bombs, a sugar scrub, a mask and lotion, finished with a herbal neck wrap pillow and a hot towel wrap. Star and Deluxe pedicures are the lower-priced tiers.

Walk-ins are accepted, though the salon recommends booking evenings and weekends. Appointments over $150 need a 50% non-refundable deposit, and groups of four or more also need a deposit; services over $200 are paid upfront. Cancelling an individual appointment with less than 12 hours' notice carries a fee of half the service value, and groups of three or more need 24 hours' notice to cancel or move. Clients are asked to arrive 10 minutes early, since a late arrival may shorten the service.

Gel and dip powder manicures come with a complimentary fix if it is needed within three days of the original service; the fix is arranged by calling the front desk. Completed services are not refundable or exchangeable, and gift cards cannot be refunded. Cash and card payments are accepted, card payments have a $15 minimum, and personal checks are not taken. Children may only be in the salon during a service, children under 8 must be supervised by an adult in the lobby, and pets are not allowed except service animals.
