Every visit begins with an open talk about what the client wants, how they live with their hair, and what they like. From there, color and styling are built around that person rather than a single template. Balayage transformations and bridal looks are the salon's main focus, and Carla also works often with clients who are refreshing blonde or embracing natural curls.

The menu is grouped into bridal, color, extensions, haircuts, a monthly blowout membership, packages, styling and treatments. Color work ranges from root shadows and glosses to full balayage, highlights and creative color. Color consultations are required before color services, and creative color needs a consultation booked first. Extension services also require a consultation before booking.

Curly cuts are a specific offering here. Clients are asked to arrive with clean, dry natural texture and minimal product, and the cut includes guidance on products and styling for home. A maintenance curly cut is available for returning guests and does not include a style out. Kids' curly cuts include a breakdown of home maintenance.

Hours are Tuesday from 12 to 7 PM, Wednesday from 10 AM to 5 PM, Thursday from 11 AM to 5 PM, and Friday and Saturday from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM. The salon is closed on Mondays and Sundays. A charge of 65 percent of the appointment price applies to no-shows or late cancellations. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, and it requires approval before the appointment.

Each appointment starts with a conversation about the client's goals, lifestyle and preferences, and the color and styling are customized with the client.
