The head spa treatments are offered as tiers. Each tier starts with a hair cleanse in a luxury water cycle using organic herbal shampoo and conditioner, then adds steps such as steam, hair restoration, a hair and scalp detox, and scalp exfoliation. Higher tiers layer on more massage, including neck, shoulder, arm and hand work, and full back heating, and then facial and mask steps, hot stone massage, paraffin and wood therapy massage in the top level.

The Just4Men menu uses a similar cleanse, detox, exfoliation and scalp massage, then adds a hot towel facial cleanse and a beard cleanse. Its higher option adds hot stone and paraffin steps along with several masks. A Shampoo Treatment is also offered, but it is meant to prepare hair for other service providers or stylists rather than as a standalone spa visit.

Clients should arrive with hair clear of installations and braids. Removing them is covered only when a take-down service is booked, and braids are not among the take-down services. Finishing services can be added to any treatment session. Lux packages combine two treatments at a reduced rate, and each package is tied to one particular treatment.
