Your Wax Bae offers waxing appointments from a suite at Phenix Salon Suites in the Valley Centre Shopping Center on Reisterstown Road. The business says regular waxing can leave skin feeling cleaner, with fewer clogged pores and fewer ingrown hairs, and that hair grows back thinner over time. Booking lists two appointment categories, Rub On Me and Touch On Me.

The business recommends booking once about three weeks of hair growth has built up, then returning every four to six weeks. Current hours are Tuesday 11am to 5pm, Wednesday 11am to 8pm, Thursday 2pm to 8pm and Saturday 11am to 2pm. The address is sent by the business 24 hours before an appointment, and an email confirmation follows each booking.

Clients can book without a deposit. If a plan changes, they should let the business know within 72 hours. A $25 fee is charged to the card on file for a no-show. An appointment arriving 8 minutes late without prior notice is cancelled with a $25 fee, though the client may be seen as a walk-in instead. If a requested time is taken, clients can text or message to ask whether it can be shifted.
