The salon also uses a room at Phenix Salon Suites at 17570 N. 75th Ave in Arrowhead Town Center.

The menu covers acrylic full sets, tips with overlays, two-week fills, smile line fills and embedded items, along with dip overlays, gel manicures, gel nails, basic manicures, several levels of pedicure, toenail enhancements and a wide range of nail art. Gel polish colors come from CND Shellac, OPI and Gelish, with more than 200 shades offered. Dip colors come from OPI, Kiara Sky and E Nail Couture.

Pedicures take place in a deluxe spa with roller ball massage. The salon states that the spa is broken down and disinfected between every pedicure, meeting or exceeding State Board guidelines. The spa has a 250-pound weight limit, and clients help position their own legs and feet. Seating inside the mini salon is limited, so other guests may wait in the hallway. Young children should be arranged elsewhere, though sleeping babies in strollers are accommodated.

Booking and contact are handled mostly by text at (623) 262-3255, since the salon does not answer the phone during services. Calls that reach voicemail are the next option. Cancellations and appointment changes need 48 hours notice. The salon is open Tuesday through Saturday from 9:00 to 6:00 and is closed Sunday and Monday. The doors are locked on Sundays, holidays, early mornings and evenings, and clients with appointments can text to be let in. Clients who are ill with a fever, cold or flu will be sent home.

Acrylic enhancements need a fill every two weeks, and each extra week adds $5. Nail repairs cost extra, and acrylic or gel is not applied over heavily damaged nails or open cuts around the nails. Old product is removed without prying a tip or tool under the enhancement. The first bottle of Solar Oil is given free at the initial acrylic appointment. Clients are charged for the time and product needed to change a design or color they dislike.
