Blowout Club is a monthly membership with three tiers: Lite for two blowouts a month, Plus for four and VIP for eight. Each club visit includes two shampoos, conditioning, a hot towel and a blowout in the style of the client's choice. Memberships are billed on the first of each month, and members can book club sessions at no charge. Clients who want a one-off blowout can book the Luxury Blowout with Style, which includes a luxury shampoo and conditioner and a finish in smooth, voluminous or curled styles.

Color work is booked by appointment. A Color Consultation is $25 and goes toward a color service if booked during the consultation. Lived-in color is done with teasylights, balayage or reverse balayage, and the blonding menu runs from partial and full custom highlights to a full blonde transformation for virgin hair or hair previously professionally lightened. Appointment requests are only accepted for virgin or professionally highlighted blonde-toned hair that is medium brown, dirty blonde or lighter and neckline length or longer. Services are not offered over black or red box dye, Splatt, vivid fashion colors or chunky highlights.

Extensions are treated as a luxury service. Clients can request a consultation through an online form, which covers hair goals, color match, method options, pricing and maintenance, and ends with a personalized plan. Methods include hand-tied, K-tip, I-tip, tape-in and hybrid, in lengths from 14 to 24 inches. Clients pay for their hair upfront, and Afterpay is offered. Extensions can be removed per row for hand-tied, invisible bead and tape-in installs, and a re-install is offered only to clients whose original install was done by the owner.

Booking is approved by the owner before an appointment is fully confirmed. All online bookings require a card on file. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 48 hours' notice, with a $50 non-refundable fee for later cancellations. No-shows are charged the full service price. Services are non-refundable, though clients who need an adjustment should get in touch within 7 days.
