Every appointment begins with a personalized consultation, and the salon teaches clients how to continue caring for their nails and skin at home afterward. The salon says it uses premium products. Its menu runs from quick polish refreshes and paraffin add-ons to full manicures, pedicures, anti-aging hand treatments, and Spa La La services that include paraffin.

Foot care is a major focus. The Para-Medical Pedicure takes 90 minutes and can be done waterless or with an anti-fungal soak. The Happy, Healthy Feet Transformation starts with a 90-minute first visit and is followed by shorter maintenance visits within 35 days. Ingrown or involuted toenail mitigation and nail debridement are priced per set of up to four toenails, with a small charge for each additional toenail. Safe Product Removal is offered for gel, acrylic, dip powder, or poly gel applied somewhere other than the salon.
