Manicures take about an hour and include cutting, shaping and cleaning the cuticles, either dry or with a soak. Pedicures also take an hour and cover nail trimming and shaping, cuticle care, light callus smoothing, a scrub and a moisturizing finish, with a choice of gel polish. Gel polish can be removed in about 10 minutes, a polish change takes around 45 minutes, and a soak off takes about an hour.

Acrylic work is organized around the nail's length. Acrylic overlays go over natural nails without tips and are finished in solid gel polish, starting at $45 for a short overlay. The salon says the final price may change at the appointment based on nail length, and designs are an extra charge. Basic acrylic sets use solid gel polish color, and French tip and freestyle sets are sized from short to XL. Sizes are measured by a magnet count from 1-2 up to 7-8.

Freestyle sets come with a design chosen by the nail artist, while the client picks only the color. Designs on the other sets are an add-on.

Upkeep for acrylic nails depends on how old the set is. Fill-ins are typically booked two to three weeks after the original application. When a set passes the three-week mark, it generally needs a rebalance rather than a fill-in. A rebalance takes roughly 1 hour 45 minutes and is usually due every three to four weeks. The appointment includes smoothing and reducing the acrylic, moving extra bulk toward the part of the nail that bears the most pressure, slimming the tip and rebuilding the nail's arch.
