The signature offering is Powder Brows, a two-step permanent tattoo method that uses a machine and needle to place pigment in a powder-makeup look. The color is lighter at the front of the brow and deeper toward the tail. The brow shape is designed during the first session using a brow mapping method that takes bone structure, eye placement and face shape into account. A touchup follows about 6 to 12 weeks later, and brows are typically fully healed around six weeks after the first session, once the touchup is complete. The studio does not guarantee healed results. Powder Brows is offered only to clients in Idaho who have no previous permanent makeup on their brows. Nano Brows, a 2.5-hour service, is open to clients with no prior brow permanent makeup. Annual touchups are for existing clients, usually booked 15 to 24 months after the last brow touchup.

During a visit, a gel containing epinephrine is applied after the outline and first pass to help reduce discomfort. Clients with brow tattoo work from another artist should contact Ally before booking and can text photos so the remaining pigment can be assessed. Clients under a physician's care are asked to reach out first to confirm eligibility, and a doctor's note may be needed. A 30-minute brow consultation is available. Idaho clients book with a $150 non-refundable deposit that holds the appointment, paid by Venmo, Zelle or card through Square. Deposits apply only to the service booked, except Powder Brows.

Beyond brows, the studio offers lip blush, a 2.5-hour permanent makeup service, along with brow waxing and brow lamination in two options each. Lash services include a semi-permanent lash lift on natural lashes that lasts about 4 to 8 weeks and takes around 45 minutes, a lash lift with tint, and extensions in Classic, Hybrid or Volume styles. Full sets take about two hours and require a $40 deposit at scheduling. Existing extensions can be removed, and two-to-three-week fills are available. Spray tanning is offered in two options. The California location takes new clients through a waitlist, and annual touchups there are scheduled by texting clear, makeup-free brow photos. Guests and children are not permitted at appointments.
