YOUNG is a practice with offices in Newport Beach, Los Angeles and Washington, DC. It focuses on non-surgical aesthetic and regenerative treatments, organized into three groups: Lift and Regenerate, Injectables, and Skin and Body. The practice was founded and is owned by Francine Young, an aesthetic nurse with more than 15 years of experience, and works alongside Dr. Kian Karimi, a facial plastic surgeon. Within the Lift and Regenerate group, Bio-Rejuvenation is a regenerative treatment aimed at restoring skin quality, PRF Therapy uses platelet-rich fibrin prepared from the client's own blood, and PDO Threadlift is a non-surgical facelift using absorbable PDO sutures. The threadlift uses NovaThreads PDO threads and the Beyond Threads collection, which Francine helped custom-design and test with NovaThreads. The practice says the threadlift takes about an hour under local anesthetic, with little to no downtime, and that results appear right away and continue to build over several months.

The Injectables group includes Botox to soften expression lines, which takes about ten minutes and needs no anesthesia, and dermal fillers including Restylane and Juvederm product families, with the Juvederm family containing lidocaine for comfort. Kybella is offered to dissolve fat beneath the chin without surgery, and Booster Injections are offered for skin quality and wellness.

The Skin and Body group covers Sylfirm X, a radio frequency microneedling treatment using gold microneedles that is aimed at pigment, redness and laxity; Pixel Resurfacing, a fractional laser treatment; Microneedling to stimulate collagen and refine texture and pores; Ultherapy and the Ultherapy Face Lift, which use ultrasound to tighten and lift without incisions; Body Contouring with the Alma Accent XL radio frequency system; Color Correction for uneven tone and redness; and MicronJet and MicronJet Skin Boosters for controlled delivery of skin-rejuvenating solutions.

Practical details: the Los Angeles office is open by appointment only. The Newport Beach office is open Tuesday through Friday from 10 to 5, and Monday from 10 to 5 without appointments. Payment in full can be made by major card, and monthly payment plans from 3 to 12 months are available through CareCredit, with a soft credit check.
