Each treatment is shaped around the individual client's skin rather than a standard routine. New clients start with a new-client appointment before moving to ongoing treatments. The consultation covers current home products, daily habits and nutrition, and after the assessment a personal product selection is recommended. Follow-up consultations, in person or virtual, review progress and adjust those recommendations.
Services range from a $75 skin consultation, which is a discussion rather than a hands-on facial, to a 60-minute customized facial at $235 or a 75-minute version at $275 that may add Glo2, microchanneling or hydradermabrasion. Other options include the Glo2 Combo Treatment at $300, chemical peels, the Face Reality Peel Acne Bootcamp, a back treatment for active acne, and corrective microneedling at $375. Advanced treatments are booked only when an esthetician recommends them, may require skin preparation and involve downtime. Each chemical peel includes a post-procedure kit for 7 to 10 days.
Pricing is all-inclusive for time, professional products and advanced modalities when used, and gratuity is included, so clients are not asked for a tip. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 48 hours' notice or the full service amount is charged, and no-shows are billed the full amount. Online booking requires a card on file that is authorized but not charged at booking; fees for late changes are charged to that card, and rebooking is blocked until any unpaid fee is settled.
Customizes every treatment to the client's skin and aims for a welcoming, non-judgmental setting, with product recommendations made after assessment.
