YOU Esthetics is a waxing and esthetics studio in Salem, offering everything from single-area hair removal to full-body packages. The business describes some of its services as luxury.

Client safety is described as the business's top priority. A first visit can begin with a 60-minute wax consultation and patch test for $30, and $10 of that fee is credited toward a waxing service booked within 30 days. A patch test does not guarantee a reaction-free experience, so clients are asked to wait 24 to 48 hours after it before a full wax. Clients are also asked to share new medications, recent cosmetic or laser treatments and skin changes before arriving, and to follow pre-wax instructions in the 24 to 48 hours before their visit.

Appointments are booked through an online GlossGenius page. Changes need at least 48 hours notice; later cancellations and no-shows carry a 30% service fee, and booking privileges are removed after two no-shows. Each appointment has a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals, and a $35 rebooking fee applies after two late arrivals. Only clients receiving services should attend, so anyone who needs to bring a child or guest should contact the studio beforehand. Working hours change from week to week and are updated each Saturday.

Signature options include the YOU Esthetics Recovery Ritual, a post-wax treatment with a hydrogel mask, a targeted vajacial mask, aftercare and a massage. Combined packages include the Signature Full Upper Body Experience, the Smooth Confidence Bundle and a vacation package covering full legs, underarms, eyebrows and a bikini wax. Gift cards are offered.
