For custom builds, the client supplies the bundles, which can be dropped off in Houston or shipped in. The studio takes head measurements and constructs a full custom cap, then bleaches and tints the knots and finishes with deep conditioning and styling. Each build includes adjustable straps, combs and an elastic band. Upgrades such as premium lace, higher density, custom color blending or highlights, extra security, and a layered cut with custom parting are chosen at booking. Turnaround is 7 to 14 days, and at least three to four bundles are recommended for fullness.
Installations cover frontal wigs, closure wigs, ponytails, a half-up, half-down style that leaves natural hair out at the crown, and traditional or closure sew-ins. Closure installs and ponytails take about two and a half hours, frontal installs about three and a half hours, and sew-ins about four hours. Frontal units should be dropped off 24 to 48 hours before an installation appointment. A slick ponytail requires two bundles or two packs of pre-stretched braiding hair.
Revamps refresh a wig the client already has. The standard service cleans and detangles the wig, conditions it, bleaches and tints the knots, restyles it, tightens the elastic and makes minor cap repairs. The premium version adds new HD or Swiss lace, advanced cap reinforcement, and a custom cut and styling. Other upgrades, including color correction, highlights, density boosting and bleach bath, are priced at booking. Wigs can be dropped off or shipped in clean and free of glue or tape. Turnaround is 5 to 10 business days, with rush options, and finished wigs come back with before and after photos and a care guide.
