Extensions follow a more involved path. IBE requires a consultation and a pre-questionnaire before an installation is booked, and a deposit secures the install day once the consultation is approved. A new session includes purchased extension hair, custom coloring of the added pieces only, a cut to blend with natural hair, styling and a take-home care kit. The studio notes that IBE is patented and uses no tape, heat or glue; the owner stresses that the method takes extensive training rather than a single class.

Practical policies are clear: a 24-hour notice is needed for cancellations or reschedules, a no-show without notice carries a $25 fee, and guests who arrive more than 15 minutes late without contacting the studio may be treated as no-shows. Payment is accepted by cash and all major credit cards. Gift cards cover hair services only, do not expire and are non-refundable.
